We want our customers to know that we are here for you, even when you can’t visit a local branch in person. Please keep the following important information in mind:

  1. Download the Mobile Banking app on your mobile device (iPhone, Android)  in order to obtain account access anytime, anywhere.
  2. Register on your mobile app and enroll in online banking. Please be proactive, as this will need to be completed with the assistance of a bank associate during operating hours.
  3. Visit one of our ATM machines, located at each of our five branches.
  4. Call 229-242-7600 to speak with a bank associate for immediate assistance.
  5. Download the CardValet app on your mobile device, which provides quick access to your CBC Bank debit card, allowing you to receive transaction updates and/or quickly lock and unlock your card.
  6. Be aware of scams. Natural disasters are used as opportunities for fraudulent activity. Be on the lookout for suspicious texts, emails, and phone calls, especially those that request payments or ask you to take urgent action.

If you lose your Visa® Debit Card after normal business hours please call 833.337.6075 for assistance.

How do I activate my debit card?

You can activate your debit card by calling (800) 992-3808. 

Where are your ATMs located?

CBC has a drive-up ATM located at each of our five branch locations as well as two walk-up ATM's located at our Baytree Branch and in the Kinderlou Subdivision. 

Do you offer Saturday banking?

Yes, we do offer Saturday banking at our Baytree and Hahira locations. The drive-thrus are open from 9am-12pm while our lobbies are closed. We do not offer Saturday banking at our Moultrie or Tifton locations.
