How to Export Your CBC Bank Transactions to Quickbooks

You can download transactions from CBC Bank Online Banking and import them directly into QuickBooks using a QuickBooks-compatible file.

1. Log in to CBC Bank Online Banking using a web browser.
2. Select the account containing the transactions you want to download.
3. Locate the Transactions section and select the Download icon.
4. Select Date Range.
5. Choose the beginning and ending dates for the transactions you want to export.
6. Select File Type.
7. Choose QuickBooks QBO from the available options.
8. Select Download.
9. Locate the downloaded .QBO file on your computer.
10. Open the file to launch QuickBooks, then follow the prompts to import the transactions into the appropriate QuickBooks account.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

Before downloading, confirm the date range of the transactions already in QuickBooks. Selecting overlapping dates may result in duplicate transactions.

If duplicates appear, follow Intuit’s instructions for removing duplicate transactions in QuickBooks Desktop.
