President and CEO G. Daryn Russell is proud to announce the promotion of Ryan Warren as the new Chief Lending Officer for CBC Bank. Previously, Ryan served as the Chief Retail and Sales Officer for 5 years, overseeing sales goals and production for the lending team and CBC Mortgage while also a producing lender. In addition, he was responsible for overseeing all of our Lowndes County branches located at North Valdosta, Baytree, and Hahira. As the new Chief Lending Officer, Ryan will be responsible for leading our lending team across all 5 branches of CBC Bank in addition to his previous responsibilities.
With Mr. Warren’s many years of experience in banking, he has a great knowledge about the banking industry and will be able to fill his new role here with expertise. “I am confident in Ryan’s ability to strengthen and lead our overall lending efforts at CBC Bank. Warren holds a BBA in Management from the VSU Langdale College of Business and is a graduate of the University of Georgia Banking School, Class of 2002. He is also a committed community member, serving in many organizations in Lowndes County. Ryan has served on the Georgia Christian School Board of Directors for 15 years, serving 5 of those years as Chairman. He was also on the Lake Park Chamber Board from 2002-2012, serving 4 of those years as Chairman. He has been a deacon at the Airport Church of Christ for 14 years and was recently installed as an elder. Ryan is married to his wife of 21 years, Nikki, and has two daughters, Bailey, 18, and Lindsey, 14.
