CBC Bank Promotes Brooke Franks to Vice President/Branch Administrator

Valdosta, Ga.CBC Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Brooke Franks to Vice President while retaining her role as Branch Administrator. In this expanded role, Franks will continue to lead the main branch’s operations while taking on additional strategic responsibilities as part of the bank’s leadership team.

 
Franks, who celebrated her 20th year at CBC Bank in 2024, has been a dedicated employee at CBC for the duration of her professional career. Following a series of promotions through the years, Franks most recently served as Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at the main branch. Under her leadership, particularly over the bank’s front line administration team including tellers and customer service representatives, CBC Bank has achieved remarkable growth, built strong customer relationships, and deepened its impact within the local community.

As Vice President and Branch Manager, Franks will continue overseeing branch operations, mentoring and supporting her team, and collaborating with CBC Bank’s senior leadership to implement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experiences, driving growth, and strengthening the bank’s community presence.
