First VP and Tifton Market President, Morris Tankersley, is excited to welcome Cindy Watson to the CBC Bank team as Lending Officer and Assistant Vice President at our Tifton Branch location. Tankersley states, “We are very excited to have Cindy with us as part of the CBC Bank team. She has a wealth of banking knowledge and experience and has been a community banker in the Tifton Area for many years. She is very familiar with the local market and people which is something that we value greatly as a local community bank. Cindy has already proven to be a great addition to the Tifton team.”
With over 30 years of experience in Mortgage/Credit and 23 of those spent in the banking industry, Cindy has an abundance of experience that we are excited about adding to our Tifton lending team. In her previous work positions, she has served in the roles of Mortgage Originator, Consumer Lending Specialist, Branch Manager, and Vice President/Lender. “I am excited about joining the CBC Bank Team and look forward to many years of helping our customers achieve their financial goals” Watson states. “Finding creative financial solutions to benefit the families and businesses in my community while giving a high level of customer service is something that I strive to achieve for each of my customers.”
Cindy has lived with her family in Chula for the last 29 years and is very involved in the local community. She has been a member of the Tiftarea Board of Realtors, Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia, Kiwanis, Red Cross and Ambassador for the Tift Chamber of Commerce. She is married to her husband Steve of 35 years and has two children and two beautiful grandchildren.
