You can confirm account balances, check for cleared items, hear only your credits or debits. You can also transfer funds between CBC accounts, make a loan payment or reorder checks

 

Below you will find the written version of our telephone banking menu. Please call 229-242-7600 if you need assistance with this feature

 

Greeting: Thank you for calling Commercial Banking Company's New

Tele-status Line. Your menu options have changed. Please listen carefully to the following selections. If you are a first time caller, you will be asked to enter a new pin number.

 

When the Tele-Status menu asks you for your customer id number you must enter your entire social security number or tax id on the account.

 

If you are a first time caller the Tele-Status will ask you to enter a new pin number You must enter in a four digit code and then verify this code before continuing. If you are not a first time caller the Tele-Status will ask you to enter your pin number You will then be prompted for your account number. Please do not enter any leading zero's when entering your account number. The options available are listed below.

 

1. For account information, please press 1 For your account balance,

please press 1

  • To hear a listing of your transactions for the last 30 days, please press 2
  • To hear a listing of account debits, please press 3
  • To hear a listing of account credits, please press 4
  • To hear a listing of electronic account transfers, please press 5
  • To search for a specific transaction, please press 6
  • To perform an account transfer, please press 7
  • For loan information, please press 8
  • To hear these options again, please press 9
  • To return to the previous menu, please press #
  • To exit the system, please press *

2. For account transfers please press 2

  • You will be prompted to enter in the accounts involved in the transfer

3. To perform special account functions, such as loan payments or check reorders, please press 3

  • To make a loan payment, please press 1
  • To reorder checks, please press 2

4. For information about our locations and hours, please press 4

5. To speak to a customer service representative, please press 0

6. To hear these options again, please press 9

7. To return to the previous menu, please press #

8. To exit the system, please press *

 

To assist you in accessing your information quickly, your account numbers will be assigned to a 'quick list'. Each account number is assigned to a number on your phone. You can then enter just one digit, instead of your entire account number. Listen for the Tele-Status to prompt you to use your quick list, or enter an account number. You can hear the quick list assignments by pressing the option to use your quick list, you will then be given the options to hear and change the quick list assignments.
