Commercial Banking Company recognizes the fact that our customers and visitors to our internet banking site expect their privacy to be honored. This privacy policy addresses certain events in which we may collect, maintain, and utilize any information you provided to us online. Please read this policy in its entirety before giving any personal information such as sending e-mail, electronic bill payment, online banking, and any other online financial tools.

Ownership does not mean complete ownership, but means owning enough to have control.

A nonaffiliated third party is a company that is not an affiliate of ours.

If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will follow the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.

Commercial Banking Company employees must abide by the Confidentiality Policies set forth by the Board of Directors located in the employee handbook. Employees should not divulge or improperly use privileged and/or confidential information about depositors, borrowers, stockholders, directors, officers, and other employees.
